Yasuhiro hagakure,
The Ultimate Clairvoyant.

DISCLAIMER,

Still working on it, this will explain the type of RP I will do as Hiro and continuity, which is directly after the events of DR1 that'll slowly lead up to Ultra Despair Hagakure but long before the Future Arc. Keep in mind this Hiro in particular is heavy with headcanons but somewhat backed with canon artwork/interactions to a certain degree.

STORY,

Still working on it, most of it will describe Yasuhiro's life before both the tragedy and killing game then his current endeavors. The killing game itself will be summarized and follow up to how it has impacted him after escaping.

ABILITIES,

Clairvoyance,
Being the Ultimate Clairvoyant, Yasuhiro was born with the ability to foresee the future in a clear vision of 30% accuracy. While 30% sounds weak and unimpressive, he's considered good enough to be enrolled into Hope's Peak, a school where only the absolute best of a certain course is allowed in.
Precognition, Yasuhiro's main power concerning clairvoyance, and is what he's rightfully known for. The ideal moneymaker for him even, as his percentage of accuracy increases so does his visioning, granting him more details of the apparent future he's looking into. His utility varies, if he attempts to overdo it with the predictions, he'll gain a headache which severely depletes this ability. Despite this, he's prone to train this power and lessen the negative aspects with a specific routine, though his somewhat lazy attitude explains why his current status is low while having made up his own efficient method.

Given the massive drawback which would render his abilities useless, Yasuhiro for the most part ends up being correct about his predictions on a technicality scale rather than directly precise.

Martial Arts Intuition,
In Yasuhiro's younger teen years, his mother took him to a select few dojos to train in self-defense. While he was taught Jujutsu and Karate, he was performing averagely then later dropped both classes due to procrastination.

Basic Level Luck,
While not as random as Makoto's, or insane as Nagito's, Yasuhiro unknowingly possesses a force of luck by his side. This mostly tilts to his favor as shown by his survival of the Killing School Life when several odds were stacked against him, this however triggers a negative type of luck.
Jinxed,While his survival rate is high, Yasuhiro's financial rate is constantly down the drain. This is the only side effect to his good luck, as whenever he manages to live through a tragedy unscathed, he ends up either falling for a scam or poorly spending his money on something trivial.

Hope Empowerment,
Thanks to Makoto, Yasuhiro has learned to believe he can do more than run in fear with the power of hope. With this, he's considerably more courageous and selfless in this state. His stats as well are increased by a safe amount with a quick surge of adrenaline.

Cowardice Empowerment,
Likewise, Yasuhiro's main attribute in threatening foes is to avoid it as soon as possible. His defense is upgraded and even speed, this however makes him think irrationally hard to calm down if the situation is too dire.

Enhanced Charisma,
Yasuhiro seems to be a professional con artist, he was able to collect over one hundred million yen in only two years just as a teenager whereas it'd take a much more successful person almost a lifetime to achieve. He primarily uses this tactic to sway the customers to pay unrealistic amounts of money for his fortune-telling services.

Weapon Improvisation,
While greatly lacking any sort of real fighting experience or proficient defense of his own, he's shown to use the nearest item in his reach to use it for both defensive and offensive purposes. While it can be both beneficial and detrimental for him, it has helped him to temporarily suppress Sakura with just a mere Monokuma Bottle.

Power-Boosting Object,
Yasuhiro has a number of items that aid his clairvoyance and upgrade the probability of his accuracy. More specifically his infamous crystal ball, this grants him an easier way of predicting the future and more professional. However, it isn't used much due to him being a klutz and always ends in accidentally shattering or misplacing it.

Deconstruction,
Yasuhiro has somewhat advanced knowledge of removing parts of technology to render them inactive, while he's no genius on the matter he's still able to dismantle an inanimate Monokuma with little difficulty.

WEAKNESSES,

Yasuhiro isn't the fighting type, his default reaction of physical contact is the typical "fight-or-flight response" with more of the flight. His cowardice behavior leaves him vulnerable and easily underestimated because of this. His limited experienced gives him a wide disadvantage versus titans such as Sakura, this is even more apparent given the fact he tries to scam his way out of conflict if seen possible for him.

trivia,

The UN "AdeptPsyche" is based off Yasuhiro's exceptional prowess of his clairvoyance.Yasuhiro first claimed to have no friends during his killing game due to the memory loss, however he's had two friends in Class 78th: Chihiro and Hifumi. Hifumi being his best friend due to common interests making for better interactions (also due to the fact they weren't that popular with other classmates) whereas he was always intrigued of Chihiro's programming skill (and commonly went to him for help about math class).Yasuhiro was a casual cosplayer, his main act going for Robo Justice and other Sci-Fi characters along with alien-like characters. He soon disregarded the hobby because he dubs it as a "real money eater".
Yasuhiro has enough manga and video games to keep himself entertained for days.Yasuhiro noticeably has pyrophobia, this could be explained as childhood trauma after his first house burning down years ago. While he can handle campfire-sized displays, anything bigger causes him to freak out, and has only gotten worse with Celestia's execution. Yasuhiro has a strong dislike for cigarettes and smoking in general, this is backed by his father accidentally burning the house with one and protectiveness of his mother's habits.Yasuhiro hides small items and wrapped food in his absurdly long hair, using it more often than actual pockets because of the convenience it brings him.Yasuhiro has a cabinet of several spare crystal balls should the one he's currently using shatters, the money was "earned" by swindling multiple wealthy customers.
